We are committed to invest in the development and growth of our employees. We invest in:

  • On-the-job-training and development through taking on new challenges and new responsibilities. Employees are encouraged to review their job descriptions frequently according to input from monthly feedback sessions and ensure that they are updated on a recurring basis.
  • External training, whenever it is relevant and/or necessary to build new skills, competences or insights for client projects. Employees who join external courses are required to present their newly acquired learnings to their colleagues upon returning from the course.
  • Buying books – that are relevant to our business, our projects, our activities. Books are a great way to dive into new insights and can be shared by everyone in the team, who can then discuss and expand further on the subject together.
